6-month Body Age Transformation Package
This all-inclusive program is for those who are willing to put in the work to achieve a life changing transformation in 6 months. 100% commitment is required!
Includes:
Body Age Assessment
Establishes your true body age compared with your chronological age. Computerized program measures:
- Body fat testing
- Blood pressure
- Strength test
- Flexibility
- Weight/Height
- Cholesterol (if applicable)
- V02 Max
- Cancer risk appraisal
- Depression risk appraisal
- Stress risk appraisal

- Full body measurement
Workouts

1 hour personal training workout with Markshane each week. Workout will be videotaped and emailed for you to repeat two more times that week.
Cardio program
- Includes Heart rate monitor watch and results from cardio program 3x each week will be downloaded for accountability toward cardio goals.
Registered Dietitian:
Includes:
- Meeting with registered dietitian weekly for first month
- Measure RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate)
- Customized meal plan

| About Our Programs: |
- We are American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) certified personal trainers, and Future Fit.
- We also specialize in sport-specific training for optimum performance in your sport of choice. Customized and detailed to meet your goals.
- We do a complete work up when you begin at Shape Up Studio; we take your height, weight, body fat, blood pressure, and measurements. We complete a health history questionnaire, and we also take your resting pulse and figure out your target heart rate. Once we figure out your target heart rate, that’s the range we structure your workouts around. We are capable of working with those of you who have physical disabilities as well.
- Sessions are 1 hour. We promote cardio training with resistance training. Included in this website are pictures demonstrating some of the circuit training we do.
